BioI'm in my thirties and around 5'7". Not that I normally start with physical specs, but it seems relevant for a weight loss blog.
In 1999 I weighed around 260 lbs.
In August of 2000 I weighed 215 lbs.
Since then I've mostly been in the 230 +/10lbs range.
